The HTC One X has got killer looks and a stunning
display. All my friends who own a Lumia, or an iPhone, Galaxies, or older HTC
phones wanna throw their phone when they see mine. :D
This certainly is the best looking device in the
market. Yes.!! Like most of you, even i was confused between Galaxy S III and
One X. After doing a 2 months research, following are the reasons why i
preferred One X over S III : Samsung Galaxy S III :
PROS:
Ultra-Slim.
Mind Blowing Display, colors pop outta screen, pen-tile technology is amazing.
you can't beat AMOLED. ;)
Powerful. Very Powerful.
Removable
Battery and external SD support.
Intelligent Design.
Samsung knows S III being a huge device, the power button should be accessible
with one hand. It has power button on right side, unlike One X which has at
top. (difficult to reach with one hand.)
CONS:
Plasticky
feel.
The Aluminium bezel around gets strange kinda stains over usage. Try One X. and
you will be very clear in your mind that you don't want the plasticky S III. I
feel Samsung should have came up with a better design and materials. The design
spoils a really great device.
TouchWiz is a big spoiler. Ugly Interface as usual.
YES, the new TouchWiz has got many amazing features, but half of them don't
work properly ex. S Voice.
HTC provides a better software support than Samsung
over a long period of time. My friend owns Desire HD and is getting Ice Cream
Sandwich. I feels its great, getting ICS on such an old device. (This is my
personal opinion)
I got HTC One X as it feels great, looks stunning
and performs amazingly. Of course, it has non-removable battery, no SD support
(32GB is more than enough for me) . Beats Audio isn't mind-blowing, but its
really nice. The sound is Authentic. Yes!
Galaxy S III wins over One X in all sorts of
benchmarks, battery life scores e.t.c. This shouldn't bother one. One X is no
less.
One X is POWERFUL ENOUGH for all your needs. :) you
won't regret buying One X at all.
BATTERY:
Yes, the battery is an issue. Galaxy SIII isn't
something great either, being just 300 mah more than this.
YOU CAN GET A BETTER BATTERY LIFE BY OPTIMIZING YOUR
SETTINGS. SURF THE WEB AND TRY TO KNOW HOW TO ENHANCE YOUR BATTERY LIFE. DON'T
JUST COMPLAIN. :)
I MANAGE TO GET A DECENT 24 HOURS FROM MY ONE X.
It all depends on how you manage your device and how
you set it.
ONE X is a stunning device. You WILL NOT regret
buying it. :D
